Producer / Director : Jordan Burbank
Director/Producer of SAVE A LIFE, Jordan has been a filmmaker for several years. Graduating from the School of Visual Arts in May of 2009, he has worked on many short films and most recently produced Not For Sale, a short documentary detailing the Supreme Court case of New London v. Kelo. The film was also accepted at the Rhode Island International Film Festival in August of 2009.
Prior to founding Birdtank Productions, Jordan worked for Midtown Films in New York City. There he learned the craft of Documentary film from Director/Producer, Joan Brooker-Marks. And assisted her as her feature documentary, Larry Flynt: The Right To Be Left Alone was sent into distribution.
Currently Jordan is freelancing with commercial work for television and the web. He handles all aspects of production, screenwriting, and has begun the transition into acting. He is in the process of trying to publish his first novel, and has begun work on several feature screenplays.
In Save A Life, filmmakers Jordan Burbank and Tara Jacobson work to uncover the 1983 MSM Blood Ban, which regulates that all gay men are prohibited from donating blood and vital organs. They go into depth to uncover the reasonings of why the FDA instated and has refused to lift the ban, how the United Kingdom is lobbying to reform the blood donation laws to allow gay men to do their part in donating blood. With the injustice being on an international scale the filmmakers searched for people who have been persecuted and have even lost family members because of the ban. They also head to Canada to uncover the reasonings behind the ban on gay sperm donation, where many men have been prohibited from their right to have their own children through artificial insemination. With the fight for gay marriage only beginning, and with homosexual rights being the battle of the new generation, the two filmmakers are working towards making a difference and attempt to have all men be created equal to help their fellow men to Save A Life.
Created by Jordan Burbank & J Gulinello, EDEN is an original TV Pilot set only a few years in the distant future. They work together to try and change the future.
"EDEN" is an hour-long, sci-fi/drama that is currently being shopped around. For more information please feel free to inquire via email or phone.
This Documentary details the events that happened in Fort Trumbull, Connecticut, the home seizures through Eminent Domain, and the Supreme Court case of New London v Kelo. It is meant to inspire people to take a stand for their civil rights and see the struggles that many citizens have undergone to try and keep what is rightfully theirs, and having to helplessly sit there while their homes are taken from them by the government and ultimately sold to a private organization.

After seeking out the help of Loki's sister Freya, they begin a long journey into the mountains to seek out the 'Giant' Thrym to save his sacred score. But after the entire journey, perhaps Thor will learn what is more important than a simple High Score.

The series follows Jo and Nate, a college couple who decide to get an apartment together after graduation. WHATEVER YOU WANT
Whatever You Want is the first young adult fiction manuscript from Jordan Burbank. Set in the fictitious town of Dorchester, the story is about two best friends that come to a crossroads. Ryan and Jess have known each other forever, but as they enter into their senior year at Dorchester High, they're at each other's throats. Ryan can't seem to cope with Jess being with her new boyfriend, while Jess tries to accept Ryan revealing the fact that he's gay. As they start their last year of high school, they learn what it means to become adults and try to come to terms with what it means to become the person you want to be. This is Jordan Burbank's first manuscript. Currently it is in the revision stage after being reviewed by several publishing professionals and literary agents. Special thanks to designer Adrienne DeTraglia for her magnificant cover design.
Created by Jordan Burbank & J Gulinello. Chase Hilton is a Washed Up 90s Pop Star. After his one hit wonder, he never really was able to stay in the spotlight. Now 10 years later, his career is circling the drain. His best friend "Mack" (Mackenzie), though not the most moral of men, hitched a ride on his fame and rode it as they hit rock bottom. With their lack of money, Mack's sexual addictions and Chase's ability to attract any and every psychotic personality into his life, Mack becomes his agent and the two of them set out to get Chase's career back on track and rise to Fame. No matter what the cost.
Unfamous is currently in revision and has already been in partial production, with a portion having already been filmed back on the East coast.
Created by Jordan Burbank, Douglas Kreuger is a former Hollywood actor that spent his life in an industry he loved. Giving up his career for love and to raise a family in Iowa. Now, years later, after the kids have left and he's separated from his wife, he has decided to give Hollywood a second chance. Moving into his old flame, Ann's, apartment complex, he meets a sordid group of older Hollywood players that have nearly given up on the business. But Douglas is just the spark they need to try to recapture their youth and get back in the game. Over The Hills is the gritty truth about Hollywood's casted out elderly and how the business really works. It is the Golden Girls meets Entourage.
Currently in revision, the script is expected to near completion in the coming months.
